L'Amour

Kyyhkyläiset ... In Love like a Dove

Hoppla ... Hoopla

Tässä kohtaa se meni jo tirkistelyksi ... At this point I felt like a Peeping Tom

Kääntäkäämme siis häveliäästi katseemme kohti kuutamoa ... Let us thus avert our eyes towards the moon

Sepelkyyhkyt ... Woodpigeons ... Columba Palumbus

So full of LOVE with the doves and they look so sugary sweet. :) Lovely captures as always.

Du store - for noen flotte bilder!

Thanks for your nice words Pacey.

they are lovely photos!!and i likr the segue too!
i had never noticed that wonderful pinky shade in their breast feathers before! i really like it!

when you ask about the cattails - yes they are the same as bulrushes, i think. i would look it up, but my lap and left hand have been comandeered by the cat!

the body of water is part of the carp river, which is barely navigable by canoe. there were flooding problems, so the city excavated out this catchment basin in the marsh. it is roughly triangular, 150 m long, with the width going from 50 m to 15 - had to look it up for an uncle last fall, and happen to remember the numbers.

No jopa jotain. Hienoimpia lintukuvia, jota olen koskaan nähnyt.

Tietäisin kyllä paikan, jossa noita ihasteltaisiin aivan hirveästi. Jos kiinnostaa, niin kirjoita. Osoite löytyy kirkkoblogin kannesta
