Purple Day 26th March - Epilepsy Awareness

This one time I shall overlook my decision not to post anything old and out of place for the season we are in at the moment in this blog of mine.

The reason is this:

If you have something purple to wear then wear it tomorrow. I unfortunately don't own anything purple so instead I will let my blog wear something purple today and tomorrow in honour of so many sufferers and especially one very special person and friend.

So here is a purple memory from last summer in support of all you epilepsy sufferers around the world and for the rest of us to become aware of this harsh illness.

This is for you Michele, the bravest of the brave Rocky Mountain girl with an exceptionally special artistic talent.

Tarolino: Thank you so much for joining the cause of sharing this fight to cure Epilepsy. What a great song to play for the post. Your photo was certainly fitting for Michele.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate this beautiful post.
You are indeed as divine and gentle as these flowers appear before my eyes... I like that in a person; you have a gentle soul.

Thank you so much for acknowledging this day and getting the word out about epilepsy!

You are an exceptional blog friend! I will never forget this.

Hugs and kisses♥♥

Thanks for the reminder, I forgot all about it. Sometime ago there was Epilepsy Walk here and I attended it. I'm not sure if it's still happening.

I'm not sure anymore if it's being held today, but I recalled the Philippine Awareness week fell on a Sept. You might wonder why I'm interested in these things, I'm a nurse too...like you. Now, you know another thing about me today. 2 things in a day! Hahhaha...
