Kaikenlaista ... All sorts

Kevääseen kuuluu pienet kasvinalut, jotka työntyvät mullasta ylös.
The spring brings new small plants pushing up from the soil.

Kevääseen kuuluu sininen taivas ja pitkät valoisat illat.
The spring brings blue skies and long light evenings.

Kevääseen kuuluu ensimmäiset puiden siemenriipukkeet.
The spring brings the first seed strands on the trees.

Kevääseen kuuluu perhoset.
The spring brings the butterflies.

Kevääseen kuuluu myös vesisateet.
The spring also brings showers.

Kevääseen kuuluu puiden kukinnot.
The spring brings flowering trees.

Vaahtera / Maple

Kirsikka / Cherry

Kevääseen kuuluu myös ensimmäiset ukkoset.
The spring brings also the first thunder storms.

Ukkonen saattaa myös tuoda mukanaan rajun raekuuron.
Thunder can bring with it also a hefty hail storm.

Kevätkukat saavat kestää kaikenlaista.
Springflowers have to put up with all sorts.

Kevät tuo mukanaan paljon uutta ja ihmeellistä uteliaan koiran elämään.
Spring brings a lot of new and wonderus things to a curious dog's life.

Erilaiset äänetkin kiinnittävät valppaan koiran huomion.
Different sounds attract the attention of an alert dog.

Kevät tuo mukanaan kalamiesten jättämät, ah niin herkulliset, kalanperkuutkin.
Spring brings with it the, oh so delicious, fish heads and guts left by the fishing people.

Nydelig fanget!

Looks like spring has brought out some even more beautiful photos from you. All those finely observed details are stunning. And the dog's expression is priceless!

Men mycket, i synnerhet i gar. Det hade varit omojligt att lyckas fa sa ljusa bilder som dina.

Such an amazing series of photos.
The first close up of the horse tail, you really captured it well and beautifully.
I love the caterpillar looking bud hanging there is wonderful and the light just perfect!
The rings of water around the drops- fantastic.
And pink flowers - wow!

This time, I cannot choose a favourite! I haven't seen hail in a long time, years! I do enjoy a good thunderstorm (one with no damage), though. Even if it does mean having a dog trembling in my lap (Annie - Jake prefers to hide in the bathroom). Bronwynn in Newfoundland has said that if only there was thunderstorms as well as fog, it would be the perfect place to live.
I don't think we have any cherry trees around here, but the flowering crabs are starting to bloom.
