I like your collection of moon shots. You must have steady hands...or a tripod. The shots are very good!

I enjoy watching the moon as much as watching the sun. Those orbs in the sky are just amazing.

The last photo is excellent. You must have a powerful lens to even see the craters on the moon.

Wow, those are spectacular shots.
Hope some day I can do one of the moon just so.

Great shots!

The last two shots are wowing. What focal length is the final photo taken at?

Amazing moon shots. You are good.

Love to oblige Bryan but I'm not really familiar with these terms in english. I also did a few things to the photo apart from cropping.
As I recall it's taken with iso 800 and then it looked too bright to show details so I took away brightness and contrast and in return added a bit of warmth and sharpness as well as gamma. That's why the sky looks grey instead of black. I have a lens of 55-250 mm and it was at its limit on 250 mm and I used a tripod as well as a 2 second timer in order for me not to disturb the sharpness by pressing the clicker.

Okay I went to check out camera terms in Google and can tell that the focal length was that equivalent to 35 mm (according to Picasa's record of the shot).

Awesome shots. I saw the man in the moon. I also went to your Helsinki Daily blog. I will revisit often since I will visit on a cruise in late summer. Thanks for sharing.
